Sharonda Stewart and Eunice started The Appliance Gals in 2011 with a simple thesis: appliance repair didn't need to feel intimidating, expensive, or pushy. They certified their technicians through NASTeC. They got EPA certified for refrigerant work. And they built a reputation for quoting fairly and often coming in under the original estimate.
Sharonda runs the company as CEO. Eunice runs dispatch and scheduling, and customers mention her by name in their reviews. Between them they've built the kind of business where a customer calls on a Friday evening and gets service on Saturday, at no upcharge. Where the quote you get is usually what you pay, or less.
